welcome to a new entry! hope you're doing great, I've been quite busy, but finally I was able to come and I'll try to edit this and, at least, another entry..
en fin, el día de hoy les traigo una nueva entrada de Fandom Nails! y como pueden darse cuenta en esta ocasión son de X-Men, ya que la película se estrenó hoy y tenía que pintarlas, fui a la función de medianoche y debo decir que la película es genial :P y en caso de que quieran saber más diríjanse a mi blog principal
anyway, today I'm bringing a new Fandom Nails entry! and as you can see, this time is about X-Men 'cause the movie finally came out today and I had to paint my nails, I went to the midnight showing and I have to say the movie is great :P and in case you want to know more about it, please go check my main bog

no quería hacer el mismo diseño que hice para la pasada película, así que estuve pensando si hacer algo relacionado a Apocalipsis y sus 4 jinetes, pero lo encontré un tanto difícil, ya que no sabía que hacer para los diferentes jinetes haha después pensé en hacerlas de mis mutantes favoritos, pero deseché eso ya que no me gustó mucho; y al final me incliné por hacerlas de un sólo mutante y este es el resultado...
I didn't want to make the same desing I made for the previous movie, so I was thinking about to make something about Apocalypse and his horsemen, but I found quite hard to make something distinctive for each of them haha then I thought about making them about my favourite mutants, but I decided it was a bad idea; at the end I decided to make them about one mutant and this is the final result...
Mystique, una de mis mutantes favoritas! la verdad fue bastante fácil de hacer y me gusta el hecho de que en esta nueva trilogía ella tenga un poco de relevancia :P
Mystique, one of my favourite mutants! honestly it was really easy to do and I like the fact that in this new trilogy she has a main role :P
así que comencé con una base azul a la cual le añadí top coat matte, después usé un tono de azul más oscuro para hacer líneas y puntos simulando el diseño que tiene la piel de Mystique; en el pulgar usé pintura acrílica en naranja para hacer el el "cabello", después usé esmalte rojo y naranja para darle el aspecto correcto.. en esta ocasión no usé top coat, ya que arruinaría por completo la capa matte que añadí previamente
so I started with a blue base, then I added a matte top coat, after that I used a darker shade of blue to draw some dots and lines to simulate Mystique's skin; on the thumb I used some orange acrylic paint to make the "hair", then I used read and orange polishes to gave it a better appeareance.. this time I didn't use top coat 'cause I already used the matte effect and didn't want to loose it
la verdad es que me gustó mucho el resultado, creo que se ven geniales!
como dije, fueron fáciles de hacer y no tardé mucho, lo complicado fue encontrar el tono correcto de azul, así que tuve que comprar uno :P pero lo malo de la situación es que no había T__T hasta que después de darme por vencida encontré el ideal: Azul Neón!
honestly I really liked how they ended up looking, I think they look marvelous!
as I said, they were easy to do and they didn't take a lot of time, the hardest part was to find the right shade of blue, I had to buy one :P the bad thing about this is that there wasn't one that convinced me T__T after I gave up on it I finally found the chosen one: Neon Blue!
